What this site collects, where it goes, and how long it stays. Short, because the site collects very little.

01Who is responsible

David Pello, an independent designer working from Ukraine, decides what happens to the data this site collects and can be reached at the address at the bottom of this page.

02What you send

The forms on this site collect only what you type into them: a name, a way to reach you, and whatever you write about the job — plus, on the pricing page, the list of items you selected and the total.

There is no account, no password and nothing you have to register for.

03Where it goes

A submitted form is delivered to me two ways at once: as a message in Telegram, and as an email sent through Resend, an email provider. Those two services carry the message; nobody else receives it.

It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used to build a profile of you.

04Why it is allowed

You send it in order to get a reply — that is the basis for holding it: taking steps you asked for, and my own legitimate interest in answering enquiries about my work. There is no other use behind it.

05How long it stays

As long as the conversation is useful, and then it is deleted. If you would rather it went sooner, ask and it goes.

06Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Your language and theme preference are kept in your own browser and never sent anywhere.

07Your rights

You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address below and it is done — there is no process to go through, because there is very little to look through.

08Where it is held

Telegram and Resend operate outside Ukraine, so a message you send travels abroad to reach me. Both are ordinary commercial services used here only to deliver the message.

09Security

The keys those services need are held privately and never appear on this site. No system is perfect, and this one is small: the honest statement is that there is very little here to steal.

10Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, because this site keeps no one on one.
